Executive Chef Deva Kumar at Hyatt Regency has come up with a range of sliders and burgers that will leave your taste buds dancing away.
What’s on offer?
Well, you get 3 Sliders or 1 Burger served with 2 pints of beer… You can choose from the range of Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian options, and create your own platter. They also come with a side of potato wedges/fries and a selection of dips [depending on your order]
The sliders are the perfect bite-size, and each one has distinct flavours. There is one where the bun is made with squid ink and another where the bun has a few Indian spices to go with the patty. How cool is that?

My favourite slider was the Black Truffle & Brie followed by Fig & Feta cheese. Now, that has you curious right? Infact these sliders were so good, we are hoping they would get added to their Lobby Lounge menu. The perfect option for a light snack, or when you are at a work meeting.
